Dioce-Scenes: Stanton’s St Joseph turns 125

Happy 125 (and many more) 
Stanton’s St. Joseph’s Mission turned 125 years old Nov. 5. Bishop Pfeifer, as well as Amarillo Bishop John Yanta, were on hand to concelebrate the special Mass in which over 300 people attended. The Stanton Mission, originally in the settlement of Marienfeld, was first in the Diocese of Amarillo.
