‘Dynamics of Lifelong Conversion’ subject of Diocesan Conference Day, Feb. 3

Mark your calendars for 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, for “The Rhythms of The Spiritual Life: The Dynamics of LIfelong Conversion,” the topic of the annual Diocesan Conference Day at the San Angelo Convention Center.

Registration and exhibits open at 7:45 a.m. Cost is $20. Lunch will be included. Mail fees with name(s) to Diocese of San Angelo, P.O. Box 1829, San Angelo, TX 76902.

In his presentation, noted author, teacher and retreat director Tom Danzig will propose a new way of understanding the dynamics of the spiritual life, one that will enlighten and enliven both our self-understanding and our perception of ministry and will propose practical implications and applications of that new vision. Regardless of our personal role in the church, at the very heart of all ministries is the task of initiating and then nurturing lifelong conversion and spiritual growth. Perhaps at no time in the church’s history has that task been more complex and challenging.
